CHAIR YOGA
We offer 4 week Chair Yoga programs throughout the year focused on body awareness and improving functional strength. Expect gentle movement and stretching while seated and standing. Appropriate for all levels, no experience required to join. Registration is required, $40 for 4 weeks due on or before the first day of class to reserve your spot. FIRST AID AND CPR CERTIFICATION Happening throughout the year. This one day course includes AED demo with CPR and Emergency First Aid certification with Emily Carmen. Cost is $110 per person and registration is required. Contact Emily for more information by phone 902-247-0967

On behalf of the Board of Directors and staff of the Bear River & Area Community Health Clinic we wish to extend a huge “thank you” to our community, local businesses and residents and businesses in our surrounding areas for ALL of your support and help in our fundraising efforts over this past year to replace our roof.
